The university is encouraging all students living in the local community to follow its ‘Be a Good Neighbour’ guidelines.

This booklet is delivered to each household during September and this year, in an accompanying digital communication, the university will be reminding students of their responsibility to follow the UK Government’s guidelines on Covid-19.

As with previous years, Royal Holloway will also be running its ‘Halls to Home’ campaign at the start of term, focusing on informing students leaving halls and going into the private rented sector what it means to live in the local community. The campaign started before the end of the academic year and continues beyond the start of this new academic year.

This year the campaign will also advise and regularly remind students on the Covid-19 regulations around having people in their homes and social distancing guidelines.
