Interview and Reading with Jonathan Coe

  • Date17 April 2024

The Holocaust Research Institute (HRI) and the Humanities and Arts Research Institute (HARI), are delighted to jointly host this event.

Jonathan Coe Event 7 May 2024

Jonathan Coe is one of the UK’s leading novelists. His recent work – Middle England, Mr Wilder and Me, Bournville – has, in both comic and tragic ways, dealt with ‘state-of-the-nation’ issues about politics, cultural memory and identity. Join us on Tuesday 7 May 2024 to listen to Jonathon Coe, in conversation with HRI professors, historian Dan Stone and literary critic Robert Eaglestone, talk about his work. We will also get the opportunity to hear Jonathan Coe read from his work. The event is free to attend but booking is essential. Please book your free ticket here: https://buff.ly/4awTpVz
