Psychology hosts a taster session at pop-up university event

Our pop-up university taster session

  • Date05 July 2018

Guilty or innocent? We are putting on a mock trial to show the many ways in which psychological science can help in the real world.

On the 18th of July 2018, several of our staff are trekking to The Royal Institution in London's Mayfair to hold court at the pop-up university event

In the afternoon taster session, we're putting on a mock court trial for the attendees. Attendees will be tasked with helping the court decide if the defendant is guilty or not guilty. Let's hope they don't put away an innocent person or let a guilty person go free!

Attendees will learn how psychological science can inform the criminal justice system.
